The dilution system is specifically designed for the online dilution of high-concentration (70%) SLES/SLS down to the low concentration of 25%-30%. It is available in two production capacity ranges: 2–8 TPH and 4–10 TPH.

Its key advantage is eliminating the need to clean the SLES/SLS production units when switching between different product concentrations. You can simply produce the high-concentration product and store it in tanks for extended periods. Whenever a low-concentration product is needed, the system can dilute it on demand, at any time. This greatly enhances production and sales flexibility and convenience.

Additionally, the system can be supplied as a skid-mounted unit. You only need to connect the finished product tank piping to the system for immediate operation. The complete unit includes all online production equipment, a control panel, and the control system.
